Kamshat country – Kamchatka – is one of few places on our planet where human’s intrusion upon nature is minimal. That makes this place sacral. Hiding figures of people and animals in folds of transsurrealistic landscape, artist points out mystery of surprising Kamshat country.
It is notable that, despite of conditional colors of both pictures, which reflect, mostly, subconsciousness condition of the artist than nature, the feeling of nature landscape appears in both works. But this landscape is not earthly, this-side world, but the world of another being. It is not accidentally, and the interest to another reality is one of the surrealism’s special features.
