ULUGHBEK MUKHAMEDOV was born on the 18th of April in 1969 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
He left Benkov’s School of Art (Tashkent) in 1992.
He has been a member of Academy of Art Of Uzbekistan since 2000.
